Um, so very exciting to be here today to talk about one of my favorite subjects, which is resilience.

Um, I've had too many times and in my career working with many nonprofits, I've seen organizations just stretched too thin and not building enough slack in their budgets, uh, so they're able to weather the different storms that can come up.

And those storms can be anything from literal storms like I'm talking actually just the other day, uh, with, uh, Rogers, who is the head of the Whitney Plantation in Louisiana, and her storms are hurricanes.

So she sometimes has to deal with having to close up because, uh, the power is all cut.

And so what do you do when you're in a situation like that and your earned income has to stop? So today we're gonna talk about some little tips and techniques that can help organizations whenever there is a challenge like that.
