The Weathervane Witches Tell You Why You Don't Need to Spend $3000 on Nervous System Regulation

Send us Fan Mail ✨ Grab Adriana's free Human Design 101 guide here! **Welcome back to another episode of Weathervane Witches!** In case you’re tuning in for the first time, this is the latest in a series of conversations with my local support system of incredibly intuitive women: - **Jessica Bridge,** ERYT500 Kundalini and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher - **Rachael Phelan,** Ancestral Healer and Psychic Medium - **Nicole Pope,** Transformational Spirit Communicator and Evidential Medium This time, we’re expanding on my recent experiences in the loop of constant nervous system regulation and how I’ve been focusing on feeling fully alive again instead of freaking BORED and numb. Trust that we have a lot to say on this topic! (Especially Jessica and her years of mind-body training.) And in our conversation, we're getting into: - looking at nervous system regulation from both scientific and energetical standpoints, and how these two views go hand in hand - why nervous system activation is necessary and regulation doesn't just mean calming down - making the connections between our stress responses (fight, flight, freeze, or fawn) and our Human Design charts, our ancestral programming, and the chakras - actively working through moments of dysregulation and uncomfortable responses, and being present in our body during those times This group always has a ton of wisdom and insight to share no matter what we’re talking about or experiencing, so I know there will be something in this episode to reflect back to you.
