So the NGX is basically saying these indicators are used to help investors to understand the compliance status of a quoted company at any particular point in time.
So think of it as a quick status indicator, right? It's not telling you everything about the company.
It's not a financial ratio, it's not a valuation metric, it's not a buy or sell signal.
It's simply telling you there is a particular compliance status you should be aware of concerning this company.
