Whether you are in the shape of your life, whether you're still progressing, whether you feel like you've gone backwards a little, whether you've stop-started from the beginning of the year up until now, you wish you'd have done things differently, none of that matters.

All that matters is this present moment, and if you are a mum, especially and you've got the next six or so weeks ahead of you off with your kiddos, let's make sure we make the most of it because there is a version of you thirty years from now that would go back and give anything to be in the moment that you are in right now.

I think it was months ago, and I wrote it down, and I put it next to my bedside table, and it's inside a book, so I don't listen to it.

But every now and then I'll, I'll open the page of the book and it's just bang, it's there, it's in front of me, and it instantly changes my state.

It instantly reminds me of what matters, and it takes me out of overthinking, and it takes me out of worry, and it takes me out of fretting about anything other than just being present in this present moment because I know that there's a version of me thirty years from now that is gonna look back and think, "I would give anything to go back to that exact moment in time." And so we're gonna talk today, ladies, about how to make the most of our summer regardless of where you feel that you're at because it's all perception.
