For any of us ladies in our 40s, it's important that we look at the lifestyle factors.

And I do speak to women who are not associating this at all with perimenopause.

And you know the way you'll hear me say often, we need to do things differently when we're in our 40s.

Whether we're accepting of the fact that we're getting older or not, we have to do things differently.
