I have another one of those truths that can change the way a person understands fear and performance and healing and really life itself.

And I think that matters because a lot of people treat thoughts like they're small, like they're background noise, like they're private, like they don't really matter unless they turn into action, like they're just reactions to life, like they're just how I feel.

If your mind is constantly creating fear and pressure and resentment and doubt and self-attack and second guessing and mental rehearsal of problems and worst case scenarios, you are not just having thoughts.

And if your mind is creating trust and love and truth and peace and openness and higher perspective and miracle-mindedness, spiritual connection and alignment, you're also creating something.

And that matters because two people can be in the same kind of circumstances and be living in two totally different inner worlds.

One person's mind is creating pressure and doom and urgency and suffering, and the other person's mind is creating steadiness and trust and openness and access to something higher.

And I think one of the biggest mistakes people make is underestimating the real power of thoughts.

And yes, I understand that life brings real things, But these pages are pointing to something much deeper.
