And a lot of people don't understand, Jess, that phone time, when you decrease it, you will see instant physical changes.
Like speed, aggression, hitting, board work is a lot more, I want to say fiery.
I'm like, okay, I'll take that.
And he goes, I feel like an animal.
I feel like I'm a feral cat.
I'm like, okay, let's, yeah, you're good.
And and but but they don't they should all feel that way.
They should all feel that energized.
They should all feel that focused.
And and that is what we see when you reduce phone time.
But let's be very clear.
Scrolling and social media are different.
Right.
One slows down our hippocampus and social media crushes our social or our confidence.
So they're both destructive.
And then when we reduce it within 24 hours, we see aggression speed.
And in a few days, though, then the hockey IQ picks up.
They're like, because now they're more aware of where they are without the puck, where they are, right, where they are on the ice, where can they join the play.
And the hockey IQ definitely goes up.
Is that what you saw?

And that's what I always say I notice the most in the difference in the levels that I've worked is the reaction time.
