Like some of the MRP systems, and that's what you're putting in, right? I mean, I've done it before.

Well, not really implemented one when we had nothing, but we transitioned from JDE to SAP.

And I've done that twice in two different countries, two different businesses, with two different versions of SAP we're moving to.

And it is so stressful, especially whenever you've got a business that can't afford to stop running and you have to just turn this thing on and make the thing tick.

We've been doing this before and some people in our businesses just can't adapt to it.

And actually you end up losing, we lost staff and it's just the stress of learning, training, turning over.

So maybe in your shop you can manage it a little bit more incrementally, a little slower, but for us it was super stressful.
And it is a system that's designed specifically for machine shops, manufacturing facilities.
So you can kind of sense that there's a huge difference in one to the other and with the comfort level of our people.
So I think the biggest challenge for us has been having to get people out of the mindset of the old one and into the mindset of the new one, because they're different systems.
It's not necessarily that, you know, it's like they're there when you when you move from one system to the other, there there are some similarities and they're named different things.
So where in like one system, we're used to looking at one report and giving out our detail.
