So the business blueprint that I've put together is really more about how do you build a business around who you are, how you're wired to work, what your preferences are.

So you can really capitalize and market what your strengths are instead of necessarily doing what somebody else does.

It kind of leads you to success that you might hate and might drain you.

And then it really is a complete drag.

This business can be tough enough just as it is.

We don't want to make it harder.

And if you're only happy when other people are doing this, it forces people to say who you are and how you're wired.

It will ask you and burn you out.

So why don't we do things a little bit of a different way?

Yeah, at the end of the day, we all have a sales DNA.

There may be six ways to be successful in the mortgage industry.

You don't need to know or do all six.

Because that's another thing, that's another trap that Loonos is all into is either they're working somebody else's plan or they're doing too many things.

And it's, there's a great analogy, I remember shooting this video and he was talking about like, you're trying to take down a wall with a sledgehammer, right? You're hitting over here and then you're hitting over there and you're like, yeah, you might be making contact, but you're not actually breaking through that wall unless you're consistent on, you know, just a couple of areas, just a couple of things.
