but tell us what have you seen what what are just like some of your off the cuffs you mentioned one last week i can't remember what it is now but it was like that oh not being able to accept feedback that was like number one so what's the go what are you noticing
I think that is number one.
I think we talked about it even a few weeks before about what's the number one principle for like a good associate is that they're coachable.
We seem to be in an era of non-feedback having humans.
And in fact, people complaining and almost, I believe there's been complaints to unions about being bullied by getting feedback on your skills not being up to scratch.
But this conversation sort of started, or this idea started after a conversation with certain academics that will remain nameless.
You've got to protect the peeps out there.
The idea that there's certain people that just, they need to get out of the, like, the student at third year, you should be able to have a little tap on the shoulder and be like, are you certain you want to keep going? This is not for you.
And there probably needs to be, unfortunately, a line where you're like, this person should never get passed.
Because it's not that they can't do the thing, it's that they can't do the thing.
They can do the thing of passing an exam.
They can do the thing of slowly convincing enough people to come see them in the student clinic.
But they don't have it.
It's never going to work.
And you already know it.
And I used to be like, no, everybody can turn it around, everybody can do it.
No, some people just can't.
Some people are not here for it.
Some people need to go work behind a desk for the government with no responsibility.
and an ability to get fired and just bring things to society through poetry and whatever they do.
