They say to me on the start of the call sometimes, oh, I wouldn't mind staying the same weight, but I want to have the six pack or...

I just think I need to lose a few kilos or I probably just could do with shifting a stone.

I felt much better when I was this weight, but now they want to get the six pack.

It's often a much bigger figure that often scares people when they think about it.

People underestimate how much body fat they actually have right now, which always sets them up for failure.

You have to understand you are probably going to feel better when you've lost some weight, but you're probably not going to hit your target until you've lost even more weight.

But what often happens is guys hit a weight target and they still don't like what they see in the mirror.

And I think this is one of the biggest mistakes I see guys make, is that they never kind of reach that point of getting to the body fat they want to get to, because they just quit too early.

And they don't realize that it's going to take a little bit longer than what they expected, and it's going to require losing more body fat than what you expect having coached a lot of guys to this point i don't know many men that we've worked with that haven't dropped a minimum of 10 kilos and there are some guys that have started pretty lean to the point where you can kind of in certain lightings maybe see their abs faintly but they are still guys that have dropped 10 kilos to go and get super lean and get to that 12 when they look and feel and their absolute best so it's about having an expectation set at the start, that is realistic to what you are trying to achieve.

It's probably going to be at least 10 kilos of body fat that you need to lose, if not 15, if not 20.
