Now, the truth is what I need to kind of try and touch on here to help you guys understand is that you really can't spot reduce everything.

So you can't target lower belly fat and, you know, do more crunches or use an abtoner belt or something that's going to like, you know, try and get this area of that little bit of fat off because it just doesn't work like that, guys.

And if I'm going to be completely honest, for the majority of men, the lower stomach is the absolute last place it comes off.

And you just don't have control over that, right? The way I always like to use is the swimming pool analogy.

If you drain a swimming pool, shallow end, deep end, like what is going to drain first? The shallow end is going to lose first, right? And the deep end is going to be the bit of water that stays towards the end.

It's a swimming pool analogy where you're just overall losing water in the swimming pool.

And eventually you've got the stubborn bit, which is going to be the bit that sticks around the end, the deep end where all the water is going to kind of be.

But eventually if you keep draining the swimming pool, obviously you're going to eventually have no water in the pool.

A lot of guys seem to think that if they just do more cardio or if they just do more ab exercises, if they keep cutting their calories aggressively, it's going to work.

But it actually doesn't work, guys, because you'll probably eventually just end up tapping out.

You actually risk losing more muscle, especially if you just cut calories really aggressively.

If anything, it can actually make it a And you're just kind of ending up doing unnecessary cardio that you probably don't even really need to do.

Like there's probably a logic in doing some, but you don't need to be going mad thinking that like doing loads and loads and loads of cardio and exercising classes and all these kinds of things is going to make a difference.

And doing more ab exercises is actually completely counterproductive because, again, like you're trying to like build and tone a muscle that is not showing yet because it's got fat around it.

So, yeah, in theory, obviously building or trying to improve muscles definition would help, but it wouldn't help if you've got the fat there still.
