In this episode, I'm sharing another podcast I gave to my team this week. I explain the most important part of training and what we are trying to achieve every single session, which is essentially to…

Now, I think like the biggest problem a lot of people have maybe before they joined FitLab is, you know, you might have gone to the gym.

You might have been maybe doing the incorrect workouts possibly, you know, with your training.

But you know, you might have been doing something, but the reason why a lot of people just stay exactly the same with their training, yes, the nutrition is going to be one of those things, which kind of links with what I'm going to explain in a second.

Like they just literally are in this like comfort blanket of like doing their like comfort weights.

And The problem is, is that like your body doesn't have any reason to change unless you give it a reason to change, okay? You think about evolution, like how do we adapt as like humans or how does like, you know, animals adapt and how do we survive, right? Like it's from getting stronger, right? Survive with the fittest.

So if you're not giving your body a reason to change and evolve, then it isn't going to.

So very simply if you're just going to the gym and lifting the same weights every single week week on week And it's been the same for like a year Well, you're not going to make any difference, right? If it's the same with running like if you're literally just doing the same pace week in week out Then you're not going to get fitter because your body's got used to that like our bodies are very clever Like they just get used to certain things very quickly And they aren't going to want to adapt anymore Like you you've got to give your body a stimulus and a reason to actually want to change so When it comes to training, your goal should be going to the gym and trying to do better.

We're giving you the access on TrueCoach so that you can track your workouts and log them every week so that you can see what you did previously and basically try and get better.

And I know in a calorie deficit, it's not always going to be possible because you're eating less calories than... obviously what your body burns.

So it's, it's a slightly harder progression progression to make every single week, but you could still do it.

Like I've, you know, for a lot of you that haven't ever had a proper structure before, like you can, I've seen so many of you guys improve your weights being in a calorie deficit.

I mean, when you get to the absolute latter stages of your diet, and I mean, you're getting lean, Sometimes it's just a case of like, can I just preserve my strength, right? And the goal is to then get out of a diet phase as quick as possible.
