In this episode, I run you through the exact steps you need to take to lose the man boobs and build an aesthetic chest. It comes down to two key things, which I'm going to explain and run you through…

Now, if you can kind of pinch body fat around your chest, right? And I mean, like, you know, you can feel the fat, you can kind of, you know, push into the man boobs, think that's body fat, right? We need to get rid of that fat.

So please, for the love of God, accept that we need to lose this fat and it has to go first before we start thinking about trying to build a bunch of muscle here, because that's just not how this works.

You cannot target and say, "I want to lose fat on this specific area of my body." That is not how fat loss works.

Okay? Losing fat is just gonna come down to being in a calorie deficit over time.

It's like the swimming pool analogy, right? When we drain the swimming pool, we have a deep end and we have a shallow end.

Okay? We always know that water is gonna come out the swimming pool first in the shallow end, right? That is the less stubborn areas of body fat.

This is where we're gonna have that water for longer before the pool is drained, and it's the same with body fat.

So the first and most important aspect of this is just being in a calorie deficit.

[laughs] Honestly, guys, like, if you have a lot of body fat to lose and the chest is the last place that it comes off, it could take you longer to lose that.
