I don't care about the problems.

There's a solution for every type of problem.

Ideally try to find something that is, is nearby, within an hour.

Like, that is always option A.

You know, in some cases, managing a store three hours away is harder than managing a store 1,000 miles away, in my opinion.

I started following your content, and you clearly know what you're doing in the industry, and that's always what I'm looking for.

I'm, I'm not trying to pick winners and losers.

I'm just trying to see people that are already winning, and usually their content and the, the, the words that come out of their mouths kinda stand out, um, and then we start having conversations and I realize that not only are you rocking it, which there's a bunch of people in the industry doing that, you're rocking it from, is this right, 1,000 miles away?
