**The Kindness We Forget** is a podcast exploring sustainable self-kindness and the ways it shapes how we live, work and lead. Born from #24forKindness, a 24-hour live fundraising event in support…
What if some of the things we've learned to see as normal aren't actually serving us at all? Pushing through, putting ourselves last, feeling guilty for stopping, trying to be everything to everyone all of the time.
I think we often forget that we are not superwomen.
24 hours live of conversations with over 24 fantastic individuals exploring kindness from different perspectives across how we live, work and lead.
Again and again we come back to the kindness we so often forget and that is to ourselves.
I genuinely ask myself that question all the time, like if I believe that this was possible for me, what would I do? If I believed I was worthy, what would I do? If I believed in this moment I was enough, what would I do?
Through the kindness we forget, we're giving these rich and real conversations a new life so that more people can benefit from them.
We'll explore burnout, ambition, motherhood, mental load, capacity, pressure, leadership, and crucially, what sustainable self-kindness actually looks like in real life.
Because perhaps creating a kinder future doesn't start somewhere out there Perhaps it starts with how we treat ourselves.
Conversations about sustainable self-kindness because a kinder future starts with you.
