So today on the show, we are going to go through everything finance related for the seven or probably eight figure business owner on the things that they're thinking, feeling.

We'll go through some stories and really some actions you could take and really walk away with implementation of either maybe hiring a CFO.

Do you even need a CFO? How can you maybe sleep more at night? Because you might be or are stressed about your company's finances.

Now, if it's your personal finances, we will probably touch a little bit on that because obviously those are connected of how the business is doing as well as your personal finances.

This is a topic that's been really important to me as I've seen my companies as well as others scale because there tends to be a sense of like worth or pride.

Or ego or even just the finances and then realizing like, hey, actually, it's okay, we can uncover these couple stones and we can do this, you know, new product launch or here's how we do this, right? But the idea around taking 15 years of finance corporate experience and putting into AI and calling yourself that you have a CFO.

My hot take is it's never, but that's also just from the idea of if you're at a $5 million kind of run rate top line, you should be having some other outside counsel, whether it be fractionally or one-off, right? It should really help drive the business because that business can then be optimized for really the growth path that it has without...

you know, some of the detriment and pain that might happen if you are a first-time founder or you've been in a business for an extended amount of time and you're just used to doing things the same way.

You may not be serving your customers the best, meaning you're probably not growing, which we all know you're either growing or dying.

He's a fractional CFO in specific industries, but we'll go ahead and make this general for all.

And then we'll get specific in to some of the things that he's most familiar with.
