So I love the fact that we have you on today, that you and I can talk a little bit about that, what, what has worked, and also more broadly, what you're seeing out there with the different types of businesses that you're serving, and how women sometimes, sometimes we get in our own way, sometimes we do our best with what we have, and sometimes the industry's just not shaped for us.
It, we, it doesn't quite fit exactly all of the beautiful feminine energy that we bring.
So first, so tell me a little bit, Gina, about your background because one of the things that I think is so interesting about your experience is that you have worked in some industries that are very male-dominated.
Tell our audience a little bit about your experience and how you kinda got to where you are now, and what was that like for you, you know, in a man's world.

So it's interesting 'cause the industries that I've worked in have been male-dominated.

So I was a chief operating officer and business partner for a managed service provider, and did that for eight years.

After that, at the end of that, I should say, is when I decided it was time to go out on my own because I wanted to do things differently, and that's when I started P3 Transformation.

And it was definitely a journey in looking, learning to be a woman, a leader, with 100 people reporting to me, obviously in tiers, not all directly, but 90 of them being men.

I was managing up to men, and my team was really all men because it was the tech space.
