Yeah, I think often the leaders that are drawn to this work are ones that they were responsible really young.

And this calling, the thing that you feel can bring into the world and the bigger vision, it doesn't need to be more weight.

It's about how do we create the conditions to invite others in? How do we build the team? It's hard to have the bolder, bigger vision when it feels like to carry it all.

And that's really where I love to partner with leaders because that's a perfect pivot moment to say, great, then the strategy needs to shift.

Your role, your identity as a leader is going to shift here, extrapping this thing.

The metaphor has to change, right? So that's your invitation for a new way to lead.
We can be a siloed industry where we feel like we have to solve all the problems ourselves.
of you know mobilizing not asking for help it's not please sir it's let's mobilize some resources and right in support of a common goal and that is a big shift i think people can make i also really do see like the silos breaking down a little more where there's more connection and collaboration than there has been in the past.

I think this moment, I think maybe the gift of this really hard moment that we're in, both for funding and in the world, is that the problems are too big to do alone, right? No one nonprofit, no one technology, no one can solve it.

And so how do we come together? How do we partner in a new way? So I agree with that.
