Just quickly, I think last time I talked about the fact I reintroduced Barbara Ardiel's.
But after doing them last time, as I said, I don't know if I said it on the podcast or to you just out of the podcast, Mike, my SI joint flared up.
this time around let's see uh so far so good but my erectors and like my upper back were sore for a good amount of time my hamstrings also got a bit of sore too but uh yeah so i'm hoping this time round i did the same load i did the same reps apart from the last set i go on extra rep and and hopefully the repeated bout effect kicks in so i'm not going to be so beat up but yeah i'm enjoying getting back to them and progressing that lift
now so anyway how are you no good i was on that note i um yeah i remember you saying to me that you were you had erector soreness and um That could

So is it kind of, would you say, just as bad as last week? The kind of the dumbs
So who knows? But I just, you know, when acutely you feel like, whoa, that has disrupted the right areas.

that's just... feeling all right in the right areas so i don't know why it took me so long to it's so ridiculous isn't it's like 20 years of lifting and finally i feel like i've got my finger on what a stiff straight lead deadlift should look like for me i think it's just because you have so many preconceived beliefs surrounding certain lifts like a straight deadlift should be off the floor it's
