But she actually said almost the exact same thing that like when the soft tissue in the back of the limb is at full tension, it's actually at its best ability to disperse all of the ground reaction forces and, you know, the basically the impact up the limb because at full tension, it's sort of at its peak, you know, shock absorbing ability.

And when it comes to rehab and that, I find that's the hardest part and most interesting.

You can't say, look, I know it's a bit sore, but you need to land heel first to get this to improve.

If I could find someone who could bottle wet sand on the end of a tideline on beach, that's perfect.

You know, then you do the lead now and you build the work up and things once they're comfortable.

I try not to have anything on painkillers and things if possible because I don't want them to do too much.
