I don't wanna call it heavy, but we really got into some details about Bison and there are some people say that you should be careful about being transparent.

You shouldn't really kinda give all the ingredients to what you guys are cooking.

Um, I do err on the side of wanting to explain a few things so that people that are going there fully understand what we're trying to do as a group, coaches, owners, and members.

You know, you don't always have to agree with everything, but it is important to understand the reasons why we do things.

And I know all three of you have had conversations since that podcast went live, and that podcast, it's the most listened to podcast in the first seven days we've ever had.

Um, s- you know, it's, it's not gonna catch up to some of the episodes that have been around for four years, and they still to this day get downloads.

But that was the most downloaded podcast we've had in the first seven-day period.

So I know that a lot of people listened to it and got something out of it, and we've had conversations.

Liz, looking back on it a week ago and also some of the conversations, were there any takeaways that you had from really kinda opening the door, uh, to the coaching side of things?
Um, I would say one thing that I did wanna touch on when my pods decided to-
... uh, die on me [laughs] during my question, um, was to encourage some of the members to go to our activities.
Like I, I know it's tying into the events, but like the Bison Bowl, I feel like, um, people that didn't do the Bison Bowl kinda missed out on a really great time and-
... we all hung out after and kinda-- I just encourage them to, to join stuff like that.
That's also an event even though it's at the gym, and, uh, just meet some new faces and some new people.
But I had a lot of great conversations that people were surprised that you sat there and went through every single survey and answered, we're gonna get to obviously, everything that was kind of on there, and how important that is, um, for a gym to do that and kind of open up, um, [smacks lip] feedback from members.
A lot of gyms I don't think would do that and then not take it to heart, um, you know, some of the negative stuff.
Instead you guys jumped on it and changed it.
So I think with the coaching stuff, um, I thought it was great feedback.
