And yes, as you had mentioned before, previous to that, Tarion had done the regulatory piece for new home builders.

And I had been regulating home builders and developers in BC for 16 years before that.


There was the BC new home warranty, I think it was called, which was a good memory.

And what came out of that was actually a government administered legislative framework, which I joined about, I don't know, five, six years into it in 2005.

So the organization that I belong to, which was the homeowner protection office at the time, did the enforcement and the licensing.
