Coming out of left field on you, what are the differences between BC and Ontario? Is it mostly the same sort of setup? I imagine it can't be because I don't, is there anything like Tarion? Oh no, there was something like Tarion out there that got bankrupted by the leaky condos thing.

There was the BC new home warranty, I think it was called, which was a good memory.

It was bankrupted from the leaky condos crisis.

And what came out of that was actually a government administered legislative framework, which I joined about, I don't know, five, six years into it in 2005.

So there is mandatory licensing.

So let's talk about, I guess we'll go up a few levels here and talk about the bigger picture of what kind of behavior is HCRA designed to prevent? What's the rationale here? What are you guys out there trying to help with it in the marketplace?
