Episode 94: REPLAY (use this as your check in!) YOU NEED THIS for 2026

So the first one is going to be being busy does not mean that you're profitable.

So I'm going to say that again.

Being busy does not mean that you are profitable.

You can be fully booked.

And I see this quite a bit on my one-on-one coaching.

You can be fully booked and busy and wanting to pull your hair out.

But that doesn't always necessarily mean that you're profitable.

Just because you're overwhelmed and stressed, it does not mean that you are just raking in the dough.

You might be touching the dough, but you're not necessarily keeping it.

So I want you to take a minute this year and to really go over a budget for yourself.

And if you're not checking your numbers or you don't have some type of a schedule to check your numbers, you're lying to yourself.

And the numbers, I always say that the numbers don't lie because they don't.

But if you're not actually sitting down and looking at them with a clear mind, if you're just kind of like seeing the money come in, it tends to fib a little bit because You're not actually tracking your expenses on what's coming in and what's going out.

And that can get really dicey.

And so I know even for December, I was not super great.

I typically have like an entire, I have a weekly money date, like I've talked about in episodes prior where, and it's always on Friday.

It's just the time that works for me.

And it's always on Friday.

It's when I do all of my expenses and things like that for my business.

And to be honest with you, December just kind of fell apart.

And I think for most of you, that totally happened.

And it's honestly, most of us are moms as well.

And Lord knows things just fell apart.

I hope, you know, we all made all the magic happen, which was wonderful and exciting.

But when we kind of, you know, come up for air, we're kind of like, okay, I'm not really sure what happened there.
