So we're drawing from two really fascinating sources today.
Let's lay them out.
First, we have the foundational work of pioneering psychologist Angela Duckworth regarding overarching life passion, which she famously calls grit.
A huge buzzword.

really is.
And we are combining her work with some incredibly revealing academic research by Heffer Bembenutti on these microscopic daily decisions we make to delay gratification.
