The Golf Fitness Bomb Squad with Chris Finn

Anyone can gain clubhead speed. Chris Finn says a monkey could do it - swing your driver as hard as you can 10 times each direction and your speed goes up. That's not the hard part. The hard part…
I own a fitness company where a lot of people come and work with us because they want to swing faster.
But I want to bring up a point that the speed industry is afraid to talk about because as a whole, the speed industry is ignoring it and not very good at addressing it because it's not as easy as gaining speed.
I always go on record as saying a monkey can train someone to go faster, right? If you are a golfer and you want to go faster, a monkey could just tell you, hey, swing your driver really, really fast.
you know, 20 times left, 20 times right, do that, you know, a couple of times a week and magically your club is going to go up.
Like you literally could take a club right now, go outside, like test this if you don't believe me, go swing your driver as hard as you freaking can, 10 times, like really, really hard left.
and track what your club head speed was before you did that, do the 10 swings each way, and then go hit a driver.
It's just your nervous system, right? You're just recalibrating your nervous system.
And what over speed training, not hitting golf balls, dry swings as it's called, what that does is it taps into your nervous system, which is a phenomenal tool for the right person at the right time, and third part of this, with the right implement.
If you're going to go dry swings, I do think the stack system is the best in terms of the science behind it, the algorithmic.
