But it's just something that's kind of been cooking, kind of been developing.
You and I have had some conversations about it.
We've talked, I've talked ad nauseum about this
book, Man Maker Project.
Just a fantastic book.
I've talked about it a lot before.
A lot of this is going to come from that.
Well, toward the end, we're going to have some of it from that.
But the concept is there, which is, what does it tangibly mean? When do you become the man? Because there's a lot of, where this really originated is like, Doing a couple clients right now.
I mean, you can look around the culture.
I don't think this has to be a client-based thing.
And this is not to denigrate them in the least.
Great guys.
You know, they're doing good work.
But there's been a couple sessions recently where it's like, you know what? That sounds a whole lot like what a kid would do.
The victim role, just looking for comfort all the time, doesn't really want to have to do anything hard.
And I'm going, that sounds like an eight-year-old.
That sounds like my son, Harrison, seven.
That sounds like what I was when I was young.
And yet these guys are in their 20s, ones in later 20s.
And so I finally asked myself, when'd you become a man that just kind of a caught him off guard for a second.
Cause a little bit out of left field.
