This is actually one of the very first interviews style formats that we've done inside the group with Stephanie Lafleur.
Yeah, we always look for ways to get together, whether it's creating content or doing events together or just sharing our lives with each other.
And that's what's so cool about community is actually met you through someone else's community.
And it's so powerful, you guys, to just stay close to the fire, hang around people who are out there in the trenches, building their businesses around their lives.
not the other way around and learn from the best of the best so i've known stephanie for years and years and years and the thing that i really admire about stephanie and why i asked her to come in here because as i told you guys it's going to be the one percent women it's the women who are showing up they're doing the thing even when you know life gets busy in full And she is one of those women.
She is very good at short form video and all these different things she's going to teach you.
But what I will tell you about her is that she will show up even if you know she has a she's a she'll tell you she's got a very full life with her family.
She has been in the top of her network marketing company for years and years and years.
I want to say, has it been over a decade of you earning your incentive trips every year? actually i think this is like year nine so 2017 yeah okay nine years almost a decade yeah you know it's close that's longevity she has stayed the course she's consistent she's not hopping around she's keeping her eye on the prize but why that works is because her audience trusts her The no like and trust factors there.
And that's why I'm doing so many so much training right now around video because it's still the number one way that consumers are digesting content.
