If you've ever stared at an unsent email draft, convinced you're bothering someone — this episode is for you. Episode 2 of our Reach-Out Mini-Series (haven't heard **"The Power of a Reachout"** yet?…
In the first episode, I spoke about a reach out I finally did after putting it off for like five years because I made up a story of what I thought this person thought about me that I really have no idea if they ever did or not.
I was making up stories and that is something that really holds us back is worrying so much about what other people will think that we don't do the things that are right for us.
So today we're going to get a little bit more into the details of reach outs.
So I want to know, have you ever spent 20 minutes staring at an email draft and then closed your laptop without sending it? Most people think the hardest part of relationship building is knowing what to write, but I don't think that's true.
I was coaching them and we were working on reach outs and they showed me a recent email draft that was gold.
I've seen this before where folks are sitting on an email draft for like a year.
But I want to get you sending these reach outs out so people are actually able to connect with you.
And I want to know how many opportunities have you missed because someone didn't know who you were? No one knows who you are or what you want unless you are willing to share it.
So once a year and throughout the year with my power group clients, I teach the Dream Big Plan Smart framework, which is really to explore a future vision that you want for your life.
Now, While we dream big, we're not just hoping and praying and manifesting just by saying the thing and willing it into fruition.
So the opportunities that you want will only meet you at a place when you are actually doing things, when you are in action.
