So let's talk about what this looks like in most of the structures of work that are people employed by organizations, right? So if you're not a founder and driving your own or like you said, a solopreneur, right? We created structures like jobs.

and have roles and responsibilities, right? And there's, I would say there's a mix of doing and creating within those jobs, because it's not that AI can come in and do everything that a person does in a job.

But I'm trying to understand within the structures of organizations, what does it mean when you start creating that doesn't turn into chaos?

I think we are still, it's interesting that, you know, a year back, I thought I knew more than I, and I do now.

And I would perhaps challenge that framing, because I think the entire structure is not just the work itself.

And it is then the concept of organization that I think we need to really challenge.

But just the very concern that you said, that how does it not descend into chaos, I think is something we will need to get comfortable with.

See, traditionally, you said doing and creating, but there was a very heavy focus on making sure that work gets done.

yeah that somebody does somebody else checks and it was to it was basically it was about risk management it was to ensure that work gets done properly and you know you have a maker checker at each step and that leads to the hierarchy that leads to a certain structure of the organization now clearly um where AI is going, the same structure is going to be very limiting.
