And this is the difference between DIYing your business and DIYing your healthcare, right? When you decide to lock in and go all in and decide this is for you, you're gonna have a different result than when you cobble things together or you decide you can't do it.

And both Emily and I want the outcome for you where you see yourself as valuable and the value in the things that can help you transform your life and your business and really working towards those goals and being so crystal clear on like, my goal is health optimization.

And I mean, you've probably been in so many different coaching containers yourself and you've seen how many women, you know, think about that graph, you know, the fertility graph that shows like after 35, how your egg quantity just drops off a cliff.
