I think, um, just gonna jump down the sports avenue there 'cause I just think there's so much to take from sport and semi-professional high performance sport into business.

... like bags full and bags full, whether it be the, the self-belief, the discipline, um, the never give up, the resilience.

Like for, for you and your, I guess, your sporting journey i- in your younger years- Like looking back now, what do you think sort of are the key takeaways or the key sort of skills or, or elements you got from your, from your sports you could, you could apply onto this?

You know, business can really, uh, break you, make or break you, and, and, um, it has its exciting parts and it has its tough moments.

You know, business is a competition, uh, in terms of you, you've got other people out there that is, uh, uh, are wanting your market share.

And while I don't look at competitors and, and certainly n- not like I used to anyway, it's, uh, everyone out there's having a go.

But what I realized is that, uh, all you can do to be the best you can is working on yourself.

And like in sport, uh, rather looking around at all these other great athletes on your team or the team that you're, you're competing against on the day, what are you doing in, in between those game days? What are you doing to work on yourself is, uh, is how you're gonna unlock your best self, and I think business is the exact same.
