If you know it's going to be a dogfight, then you're prepared for it, right? And I was like, I know it can be done.
So I'd normally ask about the search process, but there wasn't really a search process for this deal.
Conceptually, if I follow your reasoning, then... you give me 500k now right or 400k yeah yeah yeah well that's not exactly how it works worst case scenario it's gonna be a an interesting half an hour on zoom yeah and uh fast forward nine months after that we we closed the acquisition of michael's business that he founded with uh with his co-founder hannah High risk, high reward, you know, it's one of those of the universe, right? It's not easy to get freedom, right? You know, it's hard.
So you start to enter the valley of doubt and the valley of shadows where no one's going to fund your deal and you're an idiot and actually your deal sucks and this company is awful and what am I doing here?
