Two hours of strength training a week cuts a woman's heart attack risk by 44%.

I mean, if we needed more reasons to exercise and to exercise adequately, let it be this research, right? This is coming out of everywhere.

It's that 90 minutes of strength training resistance training is what can help reduce heart attack risk by 44

that's such a big number because you know like i think everyone knows that it's good for you it's good for your heart and it's good for you know like longevity and your health span but 44 it kind of gives it that definitive that's big yeah that's an

It's like, no, this is absolutely a massive study from the Nurses' Health Study, two of the longest running women's health data sets that we have access to.

And they found, again, women doing 90 minutes of resistance training and your minimum 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity, which is like you're walking, you're swimming, you're gardening, whatever.

Those women that are doing both of those things have the best heart health outcomes.

I think they think it might be breast cancer or, you know, something else, but it's actually heart disease.

And if we think about what exercise looks like, like if we break down 150 minutes of moderate vigorous and the 90 minutes resistance, 90 minutes of resistance training is two 45 minute sessions in a gym.

Like you gotta be able to give me that ladies, especially if we're talking about this number one killing risk, right? This is not small bananas.
