I am going to throw in an occasional panel conversation here and there on our Tuesdays.

I'm going to kind of be melding our Together We Feel conversations into what's happening on Tuesday to make space for these other intentional ways I want to show up working one-on-one and in groups together.

So those are still gonna be there, but really Tuesdays are about you and I having these conversations together.

And so I'll be here bringing you those solo conversations, talking about our importance of our self-care, our self-trust, our healthy boundaries, our emotional wellness, and all those ways those connect to our lives, our expectations, our self-trust, our identity, our relationships, choosing yourself, and all of the layers in between and all of the layers that that incorporates.

And then Thursdays are going to be more incredible guests, incredible women bringing you conversations with stories and resources that are really there to help you see what's possible when you choose you, that it's not a straight line, that there's a lot of challenges out there.

And I think a lot of these conversations, you're going to be really impressed by these women, but also you're going to see yourself in these women.

We talk about those scripts that we follow that we learned from an early age, what happens when we become everyone's everything, and what it can look like to trust ourselves enough to make different choices and no longer be put ourselves and do those things that are not good for us, they're not healthy for us.

This season, you're going to hear conversations with women, including Tina B. Coleman, whose work centers a life around midlife, you know, reinvention in what's possible.

And for many of us, it's just the beginning of what confidence looks like, courage, curiosity.

You might remember, Tina, from our panel conversation with Fetty Rue and Vashti Kanahali earlier this year.

You're going to hear from Nina Manelson, Raina Worthy, who many of you have seen before on our panels, military spouse panels.
