For listeners that are maybe asking wait, is TeamCare going to integrate with Evora? The answer is undoubtedly yes.

And some of the cases that I can relate to when I was working inside the office is even this case of a perio charting, which I think is one of your core like brass tacks kind of cases.

For those that don't know, like this perio charting is taking a measurement of people's gum health and a hygienist has to go inside the mouth and put a probe on every single tooth and record it into the PMS system.

And when you do that, like if you can imagine how tedious that is of like going in the mouth and being focused on one, two or three teeth and then shifting your attention and turning away and going to a computer screen and typing a number, like it's really distracting and inefficient.

And so back in the day when we were doing this, we would call someone into the room and have them kind of perform that like a buddy system and just say, hey, type these numbers for me.

Yeah, when we really started getting into this, we realized that, man, there's so much data that's sitting in these recordings and transcripts that we're recording that can be used for more than just perio charting or just notes.

And so one of those really cool examples that Colin's referring to is one of the things we started doing early on was taking the recordings and starting to quote-unquote grade them or evaluate those recordings in regards to patient experience and how I as a doctor or I as a hygienist or I as a treatment coordinator I'm actually communicating with my patients and so you know at this point we've done over like 200 250 000 recordings and the really interesting insights that have emerged out of it are you know for example If when I'm seeing a new patient and I'm a hygienist and I kind of tee up what the doctor's gonna talk to me about, like, hey Kyle, I noticed that you might have a watch on this tooth, has that been hurting? Like, hey Kyle, you told me this hurts, heads up, doctor might talk to you about this.

And then the doctor comes in and reiterates that, right? It's like, hey, I know, you know, call in the hygienist, talk to you about that.

That results in almost $500 more production per exam than when the hygienist doesn't tee it up.

And so we found countless insights like these, right, that we're now feeding back to our customers and are able to recommend to them how to better run their appointments in a hyper-personalized way.

Number three, the patients actually stay with your practice because they feel cared for.
