Evolve Lactation PodcastEpisode: You're Not Supposed to Figure This Out Alone (Introducing Evolve Lactation Circle) Update (October 2026): Evolve Lactation Circle, the private working space…
I'm Christine and I wanted to talk to you today about something new that I've been building in the background.

I have hosted memberships and offered lactation career coaching, which is exactly what it sounds like.
Maybe they're new or new-ish lactation professionals or even aspiring ones who are thinking through what do they want their practice to look like? What do they want to do next? But, you know, sometimes when we first get into this work, we have this vision that, you know, hey, I'm a person who... is from this community or knows how to speak this language or, you know, I have this very specific perspective because of my own personal experiences.
And when we stop to think about it, it's not always what we're doing day to day.
And sometimes people are sort of ready to go in that direction, just ready to sort of reclaim their vision for what they wanted to do.
And sometimes that means making a change to what they're doing day to day, what setting they work in or what role they have.
Maybe, you know, doing lactation work in a hospital setting, but in your, you know, you're making a side gig, we're going to offer another service.
So there's lots of different ways that lactation career coaching has helped people.
You know, I've worked with somebody who had, you know, just walked away from hospital work, ready for something new and, you know, needed to think through what the options were.
I've worked with people on just putting their vision into words because sometimes it's all vague and abstract in your head and you just need the right framework to get it all in there.
