What happens when women stop waiting until they're burnt out to rest? In this special episode, you'll hear directly from the women who joined my Autumn Online Reset and discover the powerful shifts…
What happens when women finally say yes to rest? What does happen when women stop waiting until they're burnt out to rest? in today's episode you're going to find out and it's a little bit different to all the podcasts that I've recorded before because rather than hearing from an expert or learning a tool or some insights from me you're going to hear directly from the women who joined my autumn reset program earlier this year one thing that I've learnt after supporting women for more than a decade is that women don't need another productivity strategy.
We live in a world that celebrates doing more, pushing harder and staying busy.
They're carrying the mental load, supporting everyone else, running on caffeine, adrenaline and sheer determination.
And sometimes along the way they've forgotten what it feels like to truly rest or to feel rested.
Not collapse, not scroll, not zone out in front of Netflix, but generally experience rest and genuinely feel rested.
That's why I'm so passionate about creating white spaces or spaces, holding space, for women to slow down, reconnect with themselves and and carve out white space within their weeks.
The women you will hear from today were feeling tired, stretched, overwhelmed, carrying the weight of work, family, businesses and the mental loan.
Women who gave themselves permission to slow down, to create some white space, even if they thought they didn't have time for it, to shift habits around rest or mindset beliefs, to set some boundaries before reaching breaking point.
In a moment, you're going to hear these stories, the shifts they experienced, and why I'm so passionate and on a mission to helping women make rest and resetting their energy a regular rhythm rather than something they earn after exhaustion.
