My, my sponsorship of the Richmond Tri Club, um, has really paid dividends, not just in the additional exposure for Tabula Rasa racing and, you know, the athletes that I'm, that I'm able to interact with and actually pick up onto my roster now.
Um, It's done a lot in terms of just my self-confidence and, you know, my abilities as a coach and as an athlete and the ability for me to fine tune my social skills because I'm a pretty much I'm an introvert.
So I really don't I don't tend to interact with a whole lot and I don't like group workouts and things like that.
But I've really been pushing myself outside of my comfort zone.
Yeah.
I think mainly I felt that way because I'm a little bit just insecure.
So I still see, even after all these years, after my gastric bypass and all the weight, I mean, I still see that guy staring back in the mirror.
And so sometimes when I get stuck in that mindset, it really makes me insecure in my abilities.
And I think interacting with these other athletes really give me a glimpse.
It's like, you know what? That guy isn't around anymore.
And I am a different person.
I think I'm more capable of things than what I think I am.
And...
Just that conversation with James.
So everybody, if you have not listened to the last episode with James Logan, I can tell you that it is a game changer.
It is a mindset just switcher.
It was incredible.
I left that conversation completely rejuvenated.
I think that I've kind of been stuck in this fear loop.
for a while and afraid to take the next step because of my experience with Florida 70.3 in December and really just like, I don't know if I have it in me to pull that trigger.
And it's all fear-ridden.
And talking with him just made me see, look, if this guy can go through what he's going through and do what he's doing, what do I have to be afraid of? And it's just flipped a switch in me.
So I'm eternally grateful for James Logan for the conversation that we were able to have with him.
And yeah, I just I can't speak enough about that guy.
So and kind of like what he's done for my mindset.
