Let's see how that goes.

We have covered a lot of motions for new trial.

They are expected at the end of a trial that resolves in a guilty verdict.

There are very few trials where we do not see a motion for new trial.

What is unexpected to me is that the majority of this motion, and by majority, I mean the vast majority of this motion, is complaining that Judge M was biased and unfair.

And there are different moments during the trial that the defense complains of.

We're going to look at a few of those because a number of things they have discussed happened at sidebar.

So we did not hear those when we were watching the trial.

So we pulled up some of the motions on video the last time we went through all of this.

And we looked at some of those moments in court, but we didn't know what happened at the sidebar before it or after.

After it, we're going to take a look kind of point by point and then pull up the sidebars as we have time to do.
