But it feels so important that it's almost too big and we don't know where to start.

So I really love the idea or the visual of the body being... a container but not the physical body alone know that the the physical body houses so many different dimensions within it we have our emotional experience we have our beautiful conceptual mind that thinks its way to try and keep us safe thinking all the time thinking thinking thinking i'll think about this i'll think about that then we have the feeling body you know the animal body the primal body then we have the hungry body and the food needs and all of that and the physical body is the place where all of these things meet and it is a vessel you know it's it's the natural state our body things come in they're digested they go out the womb fills then it releases it does this every month it fills and it releases and And our systems fill and they release.

So there's this constant state of emptying and filling and emptying and filling.

Or there's some kind of lid or people talk about it as feeling like a block with how to actually get the thing out.

And if we talk about it within the context of actually creative practice, practice, my Bristolian roots coming out, creative practice.

If we talk about it actually in the sense of I want to create something, I want to birth something into the world.

When that lid has been on there for a long time, that genie can't really come out.

It's like, why did you keep me locked up for so long? And that can feel triggering and painful when we actually do decide to sit down and go about doing our work.

And then it's not how we want it to be or the beginnings aren't how we want it to be.

Well, now what? And I was just reflecting on it, just sitting with some tea.

I think it's really helpful if we normalise the creative path as there being acute phases of all different experiences.

What I aim for in my health on a bodily level, on an emotional level, and a creative level, what I aim for is to feel things acutely and fully, and then they move.
