✨ Learn more about the Interactive Offer Intensive: https://kyliekelly.com/ai-offer-intensive \---------- Most lead magnets aren't being consumed…
And this is definitely not me saying that every lead magnet you've ever created should be thrown in the bin because plenty of traditional lead magnets still work.
But if I was starting from scratch today, if I had zero subscribers, zero audience, and I could only build one lead magnet this year, I would build something interactive every single time.
A little bit of context, but a few months ago I became obsessed, not with AI, but with engagement, with actually building relationships, with getting to know my people deeper, right? And in doing that, I kept noticing the same thing.
Business owners were sitting on incredible expertise, workshop recordings that they had poured their heart, soul, and expertise into, frameworks that they developed over years, processes that were tried, tested, and proven, trainings from summits or collaborations that they had recorded, years of experience helping their ideal clients.
And every month they would say, "Hmm, I should turn that into a lead magnet," or, "I should create a paid offer from that," or, "I should do something with that workshop." Does that sound familiar? I know I've said that before as well.
And honestly, I think part of this reason is because creating another PDF doesn't feel very exciting anymore, right? It doesn't feel exciting to us as the business owner, and often it's not exciting for our audiences either.
For years, the online business world rewarded information, right? Like create a guide, create a checklist, create a training, create a resource.
