Just how wet has our upstate New York summer been? Let's just say it's the third wettest summer on record.

So far since June, we've gotten 15.1 inches of rain, and that was measured at Albany International Airport.

In July alone, we got 10 inches, and that is three times the normal amount of rainfall for that month.

If we get 3.79 more inches of rain before the summer's over, while we'll be on track to beat some records set in the 1800s.

Citizenship and Immigration Services canceled a naturalization ceremony in Ulster County for the second time, leaving Ulster County officials confused and frustrated.

Federal officials say they canceled it because there were not enough candidates.

August is a really great month for watching the night skies in upstate New York.

This week it's going to be particularly fun because we have the annual meteor shower, but we also have a solar eclipse.

Head over to timesunion.com for some tips on how to watch these celestial events.
