And so to make Yalop a good signing from that perspective has obviously had some injury issues recently, which kept her out of the Asian Cup squad.
We know the praise that Joe Montemuro has given to Tameka Yallop, and you can imagine if she gets a full season of football for the Wellington Phoenix that she will be on the plane to Brazil.

It's not like it's some unknown, undiscovered player.
Like, we're... well aware of just how much of a threat she can be on the pitch.
Um, we saw, like, we seen some really great moments from her.
in recent years, obviously, like you said, been hampered by injury, but it does feel like a massive steal for the Knicks to get her from Brisbane, because she's from Queensland.
So I do worry that if her children do take up football, that it means they might play for the Ferns, which I don't like.
