Red Meat CAUSES Heart Disease A New Study ~ Dr. Ken Berry
Now, the first thing I need to tell you about this study is that it's not actually new.
All of this data for this new study comes from data gleaned from the Health Professionals Follow-Up Study that started way back in 1986.
As nutritional epidemiologists, they seem to tend to want to do about every 30 to 90 days so they can publish a new article and make new headlines.
Not sure why they keep doing that over and over, but I just want you to understand there's no new research here.
This is just a re-crunching of old numbers from this old study that started in 1986.
And if you know from my older videos, you can never prove causation with observational research.
All you can ever hope to do is show a possible cause association between one thing and another with this kind of research.
And so the headlines I'm going to show you later in this video are going to blow you away.
When you see what the researchers actually concluded versus what the article headlines were in very reputable journals and magazines, you're not going to believe it.
