So, uh, when you're, when you're working with GLPs, uh, of any sort, you really need to be exercising.
Uh, one is as long as you're telling the body to activate and use the muscles, it will start activating and using them and helping them r- to rebuild, and so the chances that you're gonna lose muscle mass is lower.
Uh, the losing muscle mass has a much bigger deal to do with nutrition than it does with exercise, uh, because typically the reason the body is tearing apart muscle tissue is because you're not giving it the nutrients it requires, and so it's going to your storage, which is your muscle tissues, to get the vitamins, minerals, proteins, amino acids, whatever it's trying to get out of that.
So primarily, you need to make sure that you're either consuming the foods or you're supplementing.
I would highly recommend you just supplement 'cause it's way easier to get everything you're trying to get, uh, in the small amount of food you're gonna be able to bring in if you supplement.
Uh, there's a lot of people that if all you did was supplement, you could get through the day without losing any muscle tissue.
However, [lip smack] when we're talking about, um, maintaining, uh, collagen f- formation, maintain- av- avoiding an Ozempic face, uh, making sure that your body doesn't look silly, you know, avoiding some of the, the hangy, sa- saggy skin [clear throat] that comes with no exercise and lo- large weight loss, uh, you, you've gotta exercise.
