If you have been noticing stuckness in any area of your life, notice it and decide to move.

And as you get into motion and movement, start to notice that motion and movement.

And as you start to notice that motion and movement, what happens is it lights up the reticular activating system in the brain to notice more of that, and it's very likely that you'll start to notice movement and motion in other areas of your life.

And the cool thing about that is when we get out of a situation where we have been feeling stuck, and we get into motion, gives us distance.

Gives us distance so that we can see the truth, and the truth is that the only thing that we are actually certain of in this life is change.

Things are constantly, constantly, constantly in motion, and if you don't believe me, think about your life ten years ago, and think about all the things that filled up the last decade, and that will happen irregardless if you do anything about it.

You don't have to worry about being in motion with things 'cause things are always in motion.

And if you'd like to enjoy that motion and be in that flow or momentum with that motion, just notice it.

So whatever you notice, you'll get more of, and whatever you notice with apprecia- appreciation will put, uh, the accelerator on that gas so that you'll start to notice it in hyper speed.

First thing is to get into motion and to notice that motion, that movement, and then it will light up, and you'll see, see other ways in which you can move in the area that you had been feeling stuck in.
