The Daily Trend Report with giovanni gallucci: October 12, 2026

\# The Daily Trend Report with giovanni gallucci: October 12, 2026 Good morning. This is Alexis Parker, sitting in with giovanni gallucci and Chloe Dawn, and this is the Daily Trend Report. Morning, Alexis. ## In this episode \*\*Social Media.\** Travis brought me a Search Engine Journal piece, and Jayme flagged the same thing an hour later. Google has four open job listings tied to Discover, the feed on your phone that sits under the search bar. \*\*Clean Label Food and Beverage.\** Jayme put this one in front of me. On Wednesday, FDA runs a public webinar on its proposed GRAS rule. \*\*Content Creation Tactics.\** Travis brought me this one out of Food Dive, and I laughed out loud at my desk. Back on April Fools in 2023, BeatBox, the party punch that comes in a box, posted a fake flavor with Cinnabon. ## Quick takeaways - Open a broadcast channel on Instagram this week and give it one job: anything new shows up there a full day before the feed sees it. - Once a week, post something that only exists because someone from the brand was standing there with a phone. No stock, no rewrite of somebody else's article. - On the posts strangers find you through, end the caption with one plain reason to follow, what they'll get next week that a summary won't give them. - Pick the ingredient people ask you about most and make a fifteen-second clip on what it does in that product. Next week, do the next one. - Save every one of those clips in a single Highlight or pinned playlist named after the question shoppers ask, so the whole panel is one tap from your profile. - On Wednesday, post a plain photo of the back of your pack with one line in the caption, the ingredient count. Let the comments do the comparing. - Post a rough mock-up of the flavor or product you're kicking around this month. Say plainly it doesn't exist yet and ask who'd buy it. - Screenshot every reply that asks for it, with the date. When it ships, those screenshots are your launch post. - On launch day, tag the first people who asked, by name. They'll announce it louder than any ad you could pay for. ## Sources cited - Daily cross-LLM trend reports: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, and Copilot ## About the show The Daily Trend Report is a daily briefing on social media, clean-label food and beverage, and content, social, and AI for operators.
