So to give you some examples, there are two things that really make me feel like me.

The first one is when I've been using paints and I get paint stains all over my fingers in every single shade of my favorite color.

And the second one is when I paint my nails really brightly, preferably all different colors.

I spend a lot of my time typing and doing things online, and looking down and seeing my nails, in a funny way, it just kinda reminds me of who I am.

Now, your examples might be and should be completely different, because there are so many different things that make us feel like ourselves.

And I can't help but wonder if we chased feeling like ourselves more than we did happiness, I think our lives might be a lot brighter, and it also might feel a bit less hard.

So as you go into the weekend and over the weekend, I invite you to explore the things that make you feel like you.

For so many of us, life is just fucking busy, and we can get to a place where we feel really disconnected with who we are in this season of our life.

So explore the question of what makes you feel like you in this season? And if you have no idea what that is, take this as your invitation to go on a bit of a personal quest to try new things and to find some answers.
